The presenters in this course are a mix of athletes, industry professionals, and students who have had personal experiences with the topics discussed. They are passionate about brain health and wellbeing and have a unique perspective to share with our audience.
We use the term "brain health" to reinforce that mental health is an integral part of overall health and not something separate or less important.
The interviews with athletes and professionals will cover a variety of topics related to brain health, wellness, self-care, staying connected, mental health continuum, suicide prevention, hope, and self-acceptance.
The resources available for parents and teachers will include informational guides, strategies for supporting students, and ways to incorporate the lessons from the course into a classroom or home environment.
The course is self-paced and can be taken at your convenience. We recommend taking regular breaks to digest the information and apply the learnings.

The course will teach a variety of self-care techniques including taking regular breaks, physical exercise, mindful eating, and maintaining social connections among others.
The course content is pre-recorded to allow you to proceed at your own pace. However, there may be opportunities for interactive elements such as quizzes or discussion boards, depending on how it's delivered.
